Literacy Volunteers Hosts Virtual Trivia Nights

Have you ever watched Jeopardy and thought your knowledge could compete with that of the world's best quizmasters?  Now is your chance to test your trivia skills and enjoy a fun evening while supporting a great cause.

Join us for a series of Virtual Trivia Nights to support the Literacy Volunteers program.  Held on Thursday, February 18 at 7 p.m. and Wednesday, March 10 at 7 p.m., these events will be held live via Zoom.

Each game will feature three rounds of 15 fun general trivia questions. Prizes will be awarded for the top-three highest cumulative point scorers at the end of each event.  Literacy Volunteers students will also share inspiring stories and original written works to showcase the progress they've made in their journey to learn the English language.

Registration costs $25 to participate in one event, and $40 for both.  Tickets can be purchased by texting LVTRIVIA to 41444 or clicking here.  A Zoom link will be emailed to each participant at the time of purchase.  Additional information and game rules will be emailed a few days before each scheduled event.

All proceeds benefit Literacy Volunteers' free English-language instruction and basic literacy services offered to 600 local adults each year.
