Our Patient Advisory Board is a diverse group of patients, family members and caregivers who meet regularly to share feedback, ideas and experiences that help shape the services we provide.
What is the Patient Advisory Board?
The PAB is a collaborative forum where participants work directly with Family Centers Health Care staff and leadership to improve patient experience, promote health equity and ensure that our care truly meets the needs of our community.

Who Can Join?
We welcome patients, family members and caregivers of all backgrounds who receive care at FCHC. We are especially interested in diverse perspectives that reflect the community we serve.
What's Involved?
The Board meets several times a year and members are asked to participate in discussions, review materials, and offer feedback on projects and initiatives. Meals or refreshments are provided and we do our best to accommodate your schedule.
