Yenny Toone, MSW
Vice President
Yenny brings 15 years of combined social work, program coordination and education experience to Family Centers’ Early Care and Education program. As the program director, she oversees all operational and education aspects of the Early Care and Education Program, and has been with Family Centers since 2016. Yenny has been trained by The Ackerman Institute for the Family, the Parents as Teachers Supervisors Curricula, and various Head Start and Leadership Institutes. Her proven expertise in the field of Early Childhood has been displayed in discussion panels for the Office of Head Start, Racial Equity Panels as well as in her key role of implementing innovative program models such as Family Childcare, Parent as Teachers Baby School model, School Readiness and has managed NAEYC accredited programs.

Catherine Hogan
Early Care & Education Director
As the program director, Cathy oversees the operational and education aspects of the Early Care and Education Program. Cathy's years of experience include preschool and elementary school teacher, preschool Assistant Director, and most recently, ECE Site Manager at Family Centers, including assisting with the Head Start and School Readiness programs. She is a certified CLASS observer and is a trained Parenting Journey facilitator. Cathy has been with Family Centers since 2017 and is excited to bring her experience to the entire ECE program, helping children to have the best start possible in their educational lives! Cathy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Development. She received her Masters Degree in Special Education from L.I.U. at Mercy College.

Molly Milligan
Site Manager, Warburg Center and Gateway Preschool
Molly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Molloy College in English, and her Masters in Childhood Education/Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Math, Science and Technology. After over 10 years in the classroom, she has made the switch to management, and has been with Family Centers since 2019. For the last two years, Molly has managed the three preschool classrooms at Gateway Preschool, and oversees the infant/toddler program at both sites. Molly is also not just a Family Centers employee – she is also a parent of a child in program!

Jonna Trovato
Site Manager, Grauer Preschool and Armstrong Court Preschool
Jonna has over 15 years of experience in the early childhood education field. She has worked at Family Centers as an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, and Head Administrative Teacher and is now excited to continue her work at Family Centers in the role of Site Manager. She’s a mother of two boys that are both Family Centers Preschool graduates! Jonna received her Bachelor of Science degree from Charter Oak State College in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Program Administration and Leadership.

Lina Palacio
Family Service Worker
Lina has over 15 years of experience in working with children and families in various communities including Port Chester, Mount Kisco, Stamford, and Greenwich. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Lina also has a specialization in Children and Families from Fordham University, and is licensed as a social worker in Connecticut. Having grown up in Colombia, Lina is fluent in Spanish, and is personally familiar with many of the challenges that come with being immersed in a new culture. This awareness aids in her work with families, as she helps them to identify and realize life goals. Lina provides ongoing support where needed for all children and families in program.
