Medical1 At Family Centers Health Care, we believe that primary medical care is essential in sustaining long-term health. Our Licensed Primary Care providers at School Based Health Centers offer intervention, preventative and lifestyle support to help patients live their best lives.The SBHC’s are open to all students, regardless of income or health coverage. If your child has a primary care physician, he or she may use the SBHC’s in an emergency during school hours or when going to the doctor’s office is not possible.

Services include:

-Diagnoses and treatment of illnesses

-Routine check-ups and physical examinations

-Immunizations

-Prescription and dispensing of medications

-Laboratory testing

-Referral to & follow-up with specialty care

The SBHC is open during regular school hours and select sites may be open during school holidays and summer vacations.
