Support Groups & Classes

Support and Therapy Groups and Classes

Family Centers offers support and therapy groups for children, adults and families in our Stamford, Greenwich and Darien locations. Pre-registration is required for all groups, and a sliding fee scale is available.  Most insurance plans are also accepted. Please contact the appropriate professional for information or to arrange a consultation. If you would like to meet with a therapist for a private counseling session, you may also contact Cheryl Norfleet, intake specialist, at 629-2822, to make an appointment.

RITE (Reaching Independence Through Employment)
Comprehensive Computer Skills Training

Our bilingual computer training classes cover Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet/emailing skills to provide participants with the technology know-how to compete more effectively in today's job market. This program is offered by our RITE program (Reaching Independence Through Employment) for individuals wishing to improve their employability. Reservations and an initial interview are required. There is no fee for this program, which is funded through private donations and foundation grants.
