Learning to manage after the loss of a spouse is a difficult and painful experience. To help young widows and widowers through the grieving process, the Center for Hope has created a support program for adults under the age of 60.
Led by Center for Hope social worker Anna Terleph, LCSW, the group encourages participants to express their grief and explore ways to move forward with their lives through group discussion, and individual counseling.
The group will meet for 10 consecutive Thursdays from 6:30 – 8 p.m., beginning March 23. All sessions will be held at the Center for Hope, located at 590 Post Road in Darien. A $25 fee is required at each session.
