Driving Instructions:

I-95 Northbound
Take I-95 exit 12 - Tokeneke Road (Route 136); at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Tokeneke Rd. (Route 136) and proceed .3 of a mile; turn right under railroad onto US 1 (Boston Post Road) and continue on for approximately .5 of a mile through 4 sets of traffic lights; Center for Hope will be on the right hand side of the road immediately after the last set of traffic lights.

I-95 Southbound
Take I-95 exit 13 - US 1; at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto US 1 (Boston Post Road) and proceed .4 of a mile continuing through one traffic light; Center for Hope will be on the left hand side of the road approximately .2 of a mile after the traffic light.

Merritt Parkway (Rt 15) Northbound & Southbound
Take Merritt Parkway (Route 15) exit 37; at the end of the ramp turn right onto Route 124 - which becomes Mansfield Avenue; proceed south on Mansfield Avenue for approximate 3.4 miles until it meets US 1 (Boston Post Road); turn left onto US 1 (Boston Post Road) and proceed .4 of a mile through 2 sets of traffic lights; Center for Hope will be on the right hand side of the road immediately after the last set of traffic lights.
