More than 45 runners laced up their sneakers and logged some serious miles for a good cause on Sunday, Dec. 14. For the third year in a row, Family Centers' Associate Board and Toyota of Stamford teamed up to stage a treadmill relay to raise funds to purchase holiday gifts and basic living necessities for local Stamford families.
Seven teams of runners took to the treadmills at Planet Fitness Harbor View in Stamford to tackle the 26.2 mile distance. At the end of the day, 184 miles were run and more than $2,600 was raised for families in need.
Thanks to all the runners, sponsors and donors for making this year's event the biggest yet!
Congratulations to our Winners!
